This is a great place to live. The grounds are well-kept, the office staff has always gone out of the way to help, and rent increases (with one exception a year ago) have been minimal. This place can get noisy from time to time and walls are pretty thin, but all of the appliances/w&d work fine. The biggest drawback to The Masters is that during the summertime the latchkey kids can run rampant without any parental supervision and are pretty loud. You can't beat the cost of the place, and although it is a bit off the beaten path, it's definitely worth the price for the friendly management and safe complex.
