Convenient to anywhere in Beaverton, Aloha, and Hillsboro, this is a great complex at a great price. I've had no problems with noise. Though I'll admit I'm usually the one making the noise, not the one putting up with it, my neighbors have never complained and I never hear them either. Parking is ample, with plenty of unassigned spots, though my assigned spot is somewhat further from my apartment than I'm used to. The included full sized washer and dryer are a great plus. The two times I've ever needed service (neither was for the W&D), it's been fixed right the first time and within 24 hours. Beautiful place to live, very friendly management, and the discount for Intel employees is another nice plus!
