I have had a great time living in these apartments, although there has been one HUGE problem. MOLD!! Mold everywhere, and when we asked the management about it, they blamed it on us, and told us to open our windows in the dead of winter. We have been able to hold the mold at bay while it's been warmer outside keeping our windows open, but advise anybody thinking of living here to make sure they are not allergic to mold or they will surely have a hard time.
Besides the mold, I love the how the apartment complex is small, and very quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves, and are hardly heard making any noise. They are pet friendly, and although we haven't had the need for repairs, the on-site maint. men are very friendly and willing to help.
