I lived in the Masters apartments for all of two months before having to move out due to the fact that the fellow below chain smoked- and no matter what I did, opening windows, closing windows, fans blowing air in, blowing air out, contacting "management" and asking for a different apartment in the same complex, nothing helped, nothing was done, so rather than second hand smoke three packs a day, I moved out.

Save for the smoke, I didn't mind living there, relatively quite, carpet and appliances were not the highest quality but were in good order, neighbour was a stripper, so nice scenery.

The office staff were mere place holders and though nice, were incompetent.
