Nice Place but mold is bad in winter. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived here for almost a year. Everything is great except for the mold! I will not keep the windows up all winter. No problems during the summer but when winter comes mold in all the window seals. I clean it with bleach everyweek but it still comes back. Something for you to think about before you move here. Love it all but the mold. Plus the roof over the balcony does not go out far enough and the balcony is always wet. That really sucks when it rains half the year. Manitenance is also great if you get Buck.
