I lived at the Masters for seven years.
In that time the only complaint I had with the complex was some yellowjackets in the walls that would chew their way into my apartment.

Management had them exterminated when that happened.

I never had mold problems that others mention.

I did live on the middle floor and always have my windows open (because I love the fresh air).
Walls were not too thin.

I rarely heard any noise through the walls.

I had noisy, rude neighbors above me who made things miserable, but you expect that in an apartment.
I like the complex better than where I moved to, and may move back there.
