There is definatley a mold problem, its not a fuzzy mold either, its a hard mold.. Mine build up behind the bed, in the closet and all around the windows. You HAVE to use bleach to get it off. Only during the winter though, summer was fine. I try not to make contact with the managment here because I don't like them. I can't remember there names, I do know that they are nice when you are around, but if you do any slight thing you will be getting a pink slip on your door the next day. You are not alowed to use the washer or dryer after 10pm because they are extreamly loud. I live on the third floor in the smallest apartment right next to 209th. Once I had to run it because of unusual sercumstances and my underneath neighber complained about everything and I got written up for it. They dont give you a warning, they just write you up. Even though when I went to talk to them about it, they said that the slip was a warning... yeah, a pink slip WARNING.. this goes on your permanent record. warning my butt. Came back from a long trip of camping and kept a few things by the door (cooler, fold chairs, etc..) they gave me a pink slip for it. And if they notice any of your friends comeing over often they automatically assume they are living there without authorization and write you up for it and warn you they need to be on your lease.. My friends werent even staying the night! After I complained about the people below me complaining about every little, rare thing I did, I had told them to tell the people that its only once in a while and we are aware of them being down there. I have not gotten a complaint slip from them since. The apartments them selves are pretty nice for their prices, everything is updated and quite. The floors don't creek, I can barley hear my neighbors, they have a security night hawk circle the premesis every hour after 10pm, I have never had any trouble vandalism or crime here, people mind their own business and the layouts are pretty good. If you have a cat, it has to be in 24/7. They will take your cat to the pound if they have to, they almost did mine. But I warn you DO NOT get a unit my the road, there is a gravel pit just off Farmington and the huge trucks use 209th all the time, up and down. Plus it takes a good 30 min to get to 217 and same to get to hwy 26. Parking isnt all that great either, there isnt enough free spaces for other users. I have been here for a year and my lease is up Sep 30 of 2006. The reason I am moving then is because of the ignorant managment, the ---- neighbors, 30 minute distance to main hwy's, and they are located next to a very busy, very LOUD road. I would come back here if I can't find another place to stay.
