They'll tell you one thing and do another.

When we moved out and signed a notice to vacate, they told us that was all we needed to do.

Now they want us to pay them $200 additional rent for 5 days past the time we moved out because we didn't verbally tell them we were gone and they didn't know we had left.

What is a notice to vacate if not to inform them that we were moving out'

Also they do not replace the locks after people move out.

So if you move out and make an additional key, you can have the run of that apartment after someone else moves in there.

Mold is a huge problem there!!!

That is a scarey thing. By law they are required to change the door locks, this is a law suit waiting to happen.
