I lived here for over 5 years before I recently moved out. I spent 10 hours scrubbing the apartment from top to bottom. I was told by the management that it was cleaner than they had ever seen. I did all of this because I wanted to get my deposit back. The next thing I know I am being billed for the cleaning saying it was filthy even though I have pictures.

In general the entire place, especially the management has gone down rapidly. The apartments come with an assigned covered carport but other tenants are instructing their guests to park there. The smoking all over the complex has gotten out of control. If you open any window smoke will come in. There is always trash lying around including half drunk sweet beverages that attract insects. There are fights in the parking lot. I keep watching the news expecting to hear someone was killed. The noise is unbelievable.

You can hear your neighbors, and it sounds like they are in the room with you. I developed a sleeping disorder while i lived their. I only saw a little mold, but I ended up on an asthma inhaler. It didn't occur to me that the mold was why until I found this web site and realized the extent of the problem.

In general, the complex, the staff, and especially the tenants have gone down hill rapidly. Some of them actually have gang tattoos. I still can't believe that. I would recommend avoiding this place but if you insist on living here sign a short lease.

I would have to disagree with this person completely. Sounds like they look for issues. There are two young men with gang tattoos that live in seperate apartments within this complex, but they live quiet family lives with their wives and children. Maybe this person should stop making a mountai out of a mole hill.
