I have lived at The Masters for over a year now and have never had any of the problems complained about. There is always parking and they do a good job keeping the property picked up. I live on the third floor and can only once in a while hear my neighbors. The staff is very helpful and I have never had a problem getting maintenance to fix anything that is broken, not always the same day but it doesn't take them very long. The mold issue everyone is complaining about is caused completely by lifestyle, the only mold I have ever had in my apartment was becasue I had the heat cranked up during the winter and the windows and blinds shut which was a very easy fix.
