Great Appartments - I have lived here with my kids for near on two years now and I must admit the current manager has done great with this place. She has gotten the entire complex a new paint job, makes sure the walk ways are constontly clear of snow and other potential hazards, as well as attend to all tenent needs as quickly as possible. ...Full review of The Elms Apartments
