New management, new spirit, has it all - New management, new spirit, has it all First of all Why the cheap shots and totally uncalled for _character assassination_, Anonymous? (It's against site rules, by the way...) Who are you to pass judgment, anyway? If you don't mind paper ceilings...... - I have lived here at The Westbury for about 18 months. Management has been great and maintenance has a quick response, but the construction of these places is poor, I can hear my upstairs neighbor's TV at night and can hear him going to the bathroom because of the non existent insulation. My porchlight has been replaced 7 times since I moved in and it is burnt out now as I write this ...Full review of The Westbury Apartments

Terrible place to live - Funny to look through here years after I moved out. I wanted to see if this place has got any better. NOPE NO A CHANCE! A girl and I had many crazy things that appened to us when we lived there. One night I came home from work and someone hadput a line of gas or something on the sidewalk, A 50 ft stream of fire. A murder happened in one of the halls. Right before I left they were making ...Full review of Quatama Crossing

Another "NO"!!! - I can't begin to describe this experience. While it may 'look' nice they have some serious maintenance/construction issues lurking below the surface! We noticed that while the carpet was not new, it had been shampooed. Then after about 3 months dark spots started showing up...even under furniture! During move out we noticed big black spots on the outside walls behind the ...Full review of Sterling Point

Don't let the looks fool you! - There are more con's then pro's! The floor plans are nice and the high ceilings are appealing but do not help with the noise (foot steps) if you have neighbors above you, especially if the are heavy and have dogs! Building has poor insulation and the high ceiling don't help a bit in the colder seasons. I can hear my neighbors pee! Speaking of pets there are so many dog remains ...Full review of LaSalle

been there done that!!!!! - I have lived in Reflections for about 3 years now. My lease is up at the end of this month and I am planning on moving. They aren't raising my rent thankfully, however I can still get a cheaper bigger place in the area for the same price they are charging. I love having a garage but if you have 2 vehicles you are SOL. Parking is horrible after 9 PM and sometimes even before. You are lucky ...Full review of Reflections at Summer Creek

Raw Deal - So we didn't actually rent the apartment. I gave my $200 deposit to hold the apartment, the next day we found a closer and much cheaper place to live. I called the office to cancel the move, they informed me that since I signed the welcome letter at 11:45am the previous day and was calling to cancel at 1:00pm, they would not refund my $200 deposit because it had been more than 24 ...Full review of Country Gables Apartments

Please read this review. I have lived here a long time... - Staff: Office workers seem to like their job and are always nice. Maintenance don't like their job and usually complain about everything while they are there. I had to have someone come to my place for the same job twice because they didn't fix it correctly the first time. Other times I have had maintenance requests ignored or not filed. You get more notes on your door for having a ...Full review of Arbor Creek Apartment Homes

awful management - The management is terrible!! They allow pets but write you up if your dog urinates on the grass anywhere on the property... I am not about to put a diaper on my dog or carry it all the way off the property to make sure it doesnt pee in their grass. they dont respond to any maintenance questions in a timely manner and the landscaping surrounding the inner apartments are hideous, no plants or ...Full review of Fountain Park

Wonderful apartment complex that is close to everything! - I have lived in Brookshire Meadows since October 2008 and am going to be moving out sometime in the next month because of a new job in SE Portland, but before I go I just want to tell others about my experience here. I first moved to Beaverton in May 2008 and was drawn to the center street area because of it's proximity to the MAX line, highway 26 & 217, multitude of shopping ...Full review of Brookshire Meadows
