The room space is relatively bigger than most of the apartment but the buildings are old. The noisy leveal is fine but you can hear your neabour's talk and tell phone ring at night which means privisy level is low.
You normally can not get back your deposit even if you keep your place cleaner than you move in. The clean fee is $160 and painting fee is $80 which I did not think my room was painted when I moved in. The water bill, I got charged for 3 times on my last bill and amount charged to my deposit is different from the bill I got.
At last, Moving fee normally around $100 which is covering the cleaning fee, why they ask for so much. And most apartment will wave this fee. I don't understand why they doing this. I will never move back there even their rooms are big and rate is low ($520/mon when I moved in) but they are not honest.

It's unfortunate that this tenant didn't say which model he was renting to determine whether a unit with a loft is more noisy than one without a loft.
