Maintenance comes out and fixes things, but that is not so difficult. Otherwise the mgmt will say whatever they think you want to hear to sign the lease, but it's a different story once you're all signed, sealed and delivered. They just increased the water bill/month, but I would like to see the actual bill I would not put it past them to just raise the water bill to suck more money out of residents. The renovations they are making are to put in new appliances and tile kitchen floor and raise the rent almost $200. All the apts. are freezing cold in winter, the insulation is horrible and you can also hear your neighbors walking above you and their tv and music noise as well, it doesn't take much to drift through the cheap walls and floors. Management are straight up manipulators, often liers, and don't trust them. However, the natural setting is beautiful, and the apts, some of them, have unique designs. Also, if you have smokers for neighbors, the smoke will go into your apartment through the vents and light fixtures in the bathrooms and elsewhere.

This management leaves a lot of people who want peace and quiet to have to just live with the noise, because they don't do anything when you complain. Try it if you move in....if you're loud and rude, you'll love it here.

This management is sweet on the surface and rotten underneath---they will lie about things, not take care of noise problems, and seem happy to be such liers. Watch out.

evej313... I don't think your a reliable source, I've noticed you on other apartment communities maybe it is YOU that is the problem and not the managers!
