I can write a book on how horrible this place is. I would rather live in trashy government housing than live here. the noise and living quality would be the same

the property manager is a liar and will do anything to make your stay just a tad bit more miserable with fees out the #@% , you always step in someones dog crap or have to hear a bunch of drunks fighting in the street.

the first week i moved here my car was stolen , then the tow company towed my car being parked in front of my own carport spot. which i STILL HAD TO PAY FOR!

I kick myself in the ass for believing the lies they feed you. this is one bug white trash overpriced community full of thieves and they don't care if you have something broken , cuz it will be half assed replaced or fixed.
