As previous posters said, the management does nothing about noise. You have neighbors who are drunk and screaming at 3am and the management doesn't do a thing.
Children screaming all day in parking lots, management doesn't do a thing.
The "renovations" were done amateurs, cabinets hung crookedly, sink drain stoppers that do not fit, and the management doesn't insure peaceful living, they really could care less.
