Rude, Obnoxious, Unforgiving. DO NOT LIVE HERE! I'm telling you, you WILL regret it. The water/sewer garbage, that most normal places pay, goes up every month. They only want money, money, money from you.

oh they are still doing that? I can't believe that place, it is mold infested, terribly managed, and hell to live in. The company that hires and manages that place belongs in a third world country, they just don't get it. They even got a guy who pays them to let him go through the garbage. If you noticed, only a fraction of the staff chooses to live there, many commute from Vancouver. I am waiting for the day someone starts a class action suit against them because I will happily hop on.
