Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Mold in your nice clothes, bathroom and closets, shoes and all personal belongings.
Once you will move in you will forever regret signing a lease.
Believe all you read on this site and other sites about Andover Park Apts. All are bad news. I suffered with mold and dirt everywhere, noise level is tremendous, rude staff and amenities are out of order for 6 mos or so.!!!
Please beware and do not take this review as a joke. You will be better off renting for cheap somewhere else.
Increase in rent every 6 mos, rude staff. The term Friendliness and compassion is not in their vocabulary.Don't be fooled. You will regret it forever.
Your deposit will never be returned. No one receives a deposit return. If this site review states otherwise somewhere else, that means the management wrote it. Every staff memeber is a lier.
Beware!!!!
