My experience at Andover wasn't all that bad. Granted, I did lose my deposit and then some, but I saw that coming. I bought a puppy and he did a lot of damage the first 2 weeks I had him. That being said, the dog poop problem is completely out of hand. My dog is a miniature dachshund, and I started becoming paranoid that we'd be blamed for the small poop, so I began picking up all of the small ones I'd find while walking him. The amount was outrageous. The biggest disappointing moment was when I ran into someone else whose dog was pooping. Noticing that he didn't have a poop bag, I offered him one. His response: "I don't pick it up since no one else does."

The parking sucks. I parked by the pond or Ruby Tuesday more than once.

I think my experience was better than most because I had fantastic, quiet neighbors in my building. All 6 apartments had residents who were usually in bed by 10pm; and we were on the outside loop with all of the major windows facing the woods.

My apartment was one of the last to be remodeled so I was able to buy my fridge for $50. You can't beat that deal, and it does a great job of keeping the beer cold in my garage.
