This is by far THE WORST apartment I ever lived in. We were moving from Tucson to Portland and thought will use the same mgmt company to find an apartment fast. Called management and arranged to rent an apartment and I emphasized our need for a quiet place because my husband has a hearing problem. GUESS WHAT' She placed us in a downstairs apartment where the upstairs neighbors make the worst noise ever and several tenants had already moved because of them...!@#$%$^%&*(* After calling the police for more than 10 times and couple of arrests to guests of the upstairs apartment, the manager finally agreed to move us to another building after only one month from moving. We had to carry furniture for two-bedroom apartment again within a month to another apartment.

We were upstairs this time. The downstairs neighbors were a wonderful couple. A month later they moved and again they moved in really noisy people downstairs to the point the ground will shake under our feet from the stereo. Called the cops again because mgmt just refused to take serious actions and one of the tenants were arrested for drugs position...! Uh, talk about screening tenants'

We decided to move out because we just could not take it anymore. I could not sleep at night to go to work the following day. We had the WORST fight with the manager to let us go without paying for breaking the lease. So who protect the tenants when the mgmt don't fullfil what they promise on the contract'

Anyway, if you need to know about the apartment, contact the beaverton police department and get an idea of what you're getting yourself into before signing the lease.

I had the same problem...We had to call police EVERINIGHT!!! And months after all 20 -------- were evicted from downstairs police would come to our apartament and ask if we know where they moved, becasue they are wanted. There were some drug arrests , as well...
