Not good... at all!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Look nice and innocent, but after only a few weeks there not only did we find out how loud the place really was, but we also had stuff stolen from our patio only a couple weeks after we moved in.

This was a few years ago... but I would look hard and close at this one!
