Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Noise all night long, crime all night long.
Every morning I wake up and check to see if my vehicle tires aren't slashed like they were a few months ago. Actually everyone's tires were slashed! What a crummy place to raise kids. Other than that it's actually OK. The buildings are solid and roomy. It's just "the element" that makes these apartments unsafe to live at.
