I had a lot of problems with the Woodcreek apartments this last summer, most of it surrounding the maintenance "supervisor." It took management too long to see this guy for the dead beat he was (is) and fire him. The manager replaced his entire staff in the past few months, and I say ABOUT DAMN TIME! The new office team seems to be a little more experienced than the team before, and the new maintenance department defineitley seems to be way better than before.
I decided to renew my lease despite the problems I had this year because of the new management.
The rates are good, the property looks nice, crime is about what I would expect for Beaverton, and parking is so-so. For an apartment community, it is about what I expected.
