Woodcreek Apartments is not a place to be!

These units at Woodcreek Apartments are so old (20 years old per the manager at Woodcreek Apts). Tenants who live in the lower level will be frustrated and suffering from the noise causes by the tenants who live in the upper level. The staff at Woodcreek had learned the several complaints from the tenant who lived in the lower level, but they did not resolve the problem quickly, instead they are hiding the facts that the floors and the ceilings of these units are so old, tenants who live downstair can hear these thunder and loud noises caused by the tenants who live upstair by their walking around. A regional manager had to be contacted to get these problem solved.

I will not recommend to anyone who is new to Beaverton, Oregon area to sign up a lease with Woodcreek Apartments due to their units are so old and their staff do not help the tenants to solve the problem quickly as they are supposed to.
