Deception

I agree with everything in the previous negative review because it has happened to me, too. They allow over-sized animals in upstairs apartments, allow people to bounce basketballs (or similar item) in upstairs apartments. Allow people to have those "boom box" sounding stereos that cause all your appliances to rattle for hours. I had complained relentlesly for four months on one incident, and apparently they finally went to the people and told them I had a problem with them. They made me out to be the "bad guy." They also say you pay for your own water, but if you're single, you pay just as much as the family of 12 with the never-ending washing machine next door to you. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that you are also paying for the water in the flooded parking lots from not properly operating sprinklers. They now have new management who appear to be much more professional, so we'll have to see if it changes. I think the last management had contests to see who could get the most leases in a certain amount of time, for a prize, and that was all at the expense of decent people trying to enjoy life. It's also "nice" to see "1 bedroom 499" out front and be told your 1-bedroom rent will increase from 558 to 585! They do nothing for existing tenants. They did say "we won't raise your rent then," like I was getting away with something!
