Equity Residential recently sold this complex to another company. I lived at woodcreek for several years and my complaint list is long...to long infact to list here. I have a friends that still resides at Woodcreek and she has told me of several things the new Management is "Planning on Doing. I will believe it when I see it. I do know that someone I work with recently inquired there for an apartment and was told that the rent would be raised to 700 a month for a one bedroom. I'm sorry but the neighborhood that these apartments are in is not a 700.00 a month for a one bedroom type of place. Its not Murray Hill....its ALOHA and you have two of the worst complexes in town right across the street...that and the buildings are over 20 years old...No Way......Stay Away....
