The grounds were beautiful but the staff was a bunch of crooks. This apartment complex is the reason I will NEVER deal with Equity Property Management again.

I got a skin infection from their hot tub because it wasn't properly chlorinated.

Shorty after I moved in, I started noticing a bad smell in my apartment. It was worse when I would use the fireplace. I complained about the smell and management acted like I was making it all up. They sent maintenance in to "check" my place. They ended up going through some of my storage containers (for which they had no permission).

When I finally decided to move out, management tried repeatedly to get me to "make a deal." By that time, I didn't want anything more to do with 'em. As I was preparing to leave, I found out that there was a SEWAGE LEAK under the building. Some of my neighbors had even been getting DISCOUNTED RENT because of this. And management acted like they didn't even know. Scumbags!

After I left, they demanded hundred of dollars to replace the carpet, etc. because of supposed "damage" from my cat. Like my cat could make the place smell worse!

When you hear a place is managed by Equity, RUN!!! They use high-pressure sales techniques and they are absolute dirtbags!
