Definitely not the best, but liveable.

The first week my roomate and I moved in, a ton of cars were broken into with stereos and other valuables broken into.
We had a mold growth on the ceiling in the kitchen that they never did anything about, the dryer vent wasn't hooked up right and it made it like a sauna in the apartment when we ran it (though, it helped in the winter to keep the apartment warm unconventional as it may have been).
The downstairs neighbors were horribly noisy. They'd blast their ridiculous oom-pa tejano music starting around 10 in the morning well into the night. It was so bad that things would shake. They also decided to climb up our blacony and come in through the sliding glass door one night because they were drunk. That was really fun.
The one good thing about the apartment was the southern exposure and large trees. It was pretty cool in the summer even being an upstairs apartment.
But I was ecstatic to get out when I did.

I also forgot, I had a squirel or something get into the chimney/floo and it would make scratching noises for hours. I asked managment do to something about it but they told me to just deal with it.
