Nice layout inside, but paper thin walls, lack of extra parking, and too many $$ for what you get

This place seems like a great place at first. It's next to a great nature park.
The good:
-Layout of the apartment is different than most
-Residents are nice as far as I can tell
The bad:
-Walls are paper thin (I can hear my downstairs neighbors playing Super Mario on their old Nintendo).
-Compact washer/dryer
-Small sq/ft for the $ paid
-Lack of parking beyond the one assigned spot
-Above the oven fan blows air back into apt. instead of out of the apartment (what's the point')
-The price for rent will be increasing $100 a month because each unit is being remodeled which is only changing superficial elements like floor, rug, stove, fridge, countertops.
-Lots of families live here with 2 people per apartment, which makes parking and noise level an issue
