When I first moved in it was a challenge to recieve any help. The grounds are a pool of dog droppings. I have never seen so much animal crap in any other apartment complex.
The decks are falling apart, the water is the worse I have ever tasted with multiple issues with pipes bursting and towlets over flowing.
Parking is a nightmare if you have a car the assigned parking is non-existant.
Even Comcast says the cables intact need to be replaced.
