Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I was a resident for 6 months when I first moved in a wrote a work order for my walk through, 6 months later the things on this list still have not been taken care of. The management company has changed three times since I have lived there and with each one it gets a little worse, I called two months after I moved in to let them know that my fridge was leaking it never got fixed. My downstairs neighbors would play their music so loud that things would fall off my walls! Literally, the parking was aweful and the neighborhood was scary. I pulled in one night after work to five police patrol cars 10-15 officers with guns drawn and had to be escorted to my car by an armed officer. If you know what's good fro you stay away!
