Nightmare on 170th Ave

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
From the day I moved in the complex has gone through THREE MANAGEMENT COMPANIES! Ther are people blaring their music to highest notch, there are family get-togethers with air jumps every other weekend. The walls are paper thin, the windows are drafty and full of mold. When I first moved in my apartment was infested with fleas, I had to pay to get it fogged after numerous attempts to get maintenance to do the job. The police came to my door 3 times thinking I was the previous tenant on probation. The other tenant's visitors would take over my "assigned parking" and I couldn't figure who's car it is, I had to call to get it towed. My stove broke just in time for Thanksgiving and it took them till after New Years to attempt to repair. In the end it was replaced. People come to your door to sell you tamales out of a baby stroller, donuts out of buckets, jewelry out of shoe boxes. They kept returning every time after I told them "No dont come back" but they dont speak English! The so called renovations they are doing are BULL! They are jacking up the rent for necessary "improvements" such as paint, carpet, flooring, lighting, and more efficient appliances. The One and Two bedroom apartments are occupied by atleast six people. Legally here' I doubt it! The water pipes are always bursting and you will be with out water from 9 am til 6pm! YOU CAN CHECK WITH THE BEAVERTON POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR CRIME HERE! SEE FOR YOUR SELF. I definitely do not recommend Villas At Nightmare Creek. Pay the little extra money to go somewhere else. You will not regret it!
