The office staff are friendly however they are new to this and seem not to be to knowledgeable about the job. Maintanence ignores requests even critical ones. It was not cleaned prior to my moving in, despite the non-refundable to cleaning fee. There is allegedly a "courtesy patrol" - I have ever seen any sign of them. There is dog poop all over the lawns and the fitness room (which has very limited hours) has nothing to clean equipment in between users and they are often nasty.
Nothing is included and there is a flat fee for water, garbage and sewer so if you are a single occupant you will be paying the same as a unit in your building where there is 2, 3 or more people for these services. I have compared the rate to others in the area and it is higher. The rent is also higher then others I have seen - and those were larger apartments, that included basic utilities (water, sewer and garbage) and full size washer/dryers. (Arbor Creek has the little stacking set)
After doing some more research (a little too late) I discovered that the current management company has had many lawsuits against them on several of their properties (They are in multiple states). I agree with everything this person said. It's not that we are angry bitter people. The management, tenants, noise, dog ----, etc., starts taking it's toll on you. DON'T RENT AT THIS ---- HOLE!!

I pass by here frequently on my way to work. There are usually cops in there when I go by. With lights flashing and several cars. This place is dangerous and is not getting any better. So glad I found the place I am in now.
