Please read ALL the complaints from past and former tenants. They are ALL true. I have NEVER lived at such a poorly run complex in my life. The company spent thousands of dollars remodeling the managers office/clubhouse to try and impress future tenants into thinking the complex is "High Class".

I'm not a racist, but...the majority of the tenants are illegal aliens, living with 4-6 per unit, speaking spanish ONLY, dropping candy/potato chip wrappers, blasting Mariachi music EVERY weekend, loitering around in the parking area/stairwells, tamale, ice cream, & donut vendors strolling the complex selling food not inspected/approved of by the Health Department. This place should be called ARBOR CREEK "VILLAGE". Three quarters of the tenants were probably living in dirt floored huts and shitting in the bushes 6 months ago.

They hang their laundry on the balconies to dry because they can't afford to dry them. Also...when the company wasted money by remodeling the laundry room, it was less than 2 months when these villagers ruined the machines and the laundry room has been closed for 7 months now because management NEVER fixes anything that breaks.

If anything gets broke in the unit, it literally takes maintenance a week to a 2 weeks to repair. Half the time I see any of the maintenance guys, they are huddled in the corner bullshitting and smoking cigarettes. They drive their work carts all over the muddy grass...creating more mud.

EVERYONE has dogs in this complex. Don't get me wrong...I love them and have one myself, but I clean up after my dog whether it's raining or snowing outside. There is sooooooo MUCH dog ---- around this complex that my dog has a hard time manuvering around all the land mines.

The lights in the parking structure and around the complexes were ALL out and I kept complaining to have them replaced but it took 5 months of threatening before they did anything. I even had to spend the night outside ALL NIGHT because I dropped my keys when I was walking my dog and it was so dark I couldn't see where they were.

This place is a DUMP. Don't let the people in the office fool you with their phony smiles and outgoing personalities. Once you sign that lease, you become invivisible because they have to now put ALL their efforts into luring the next idiots that come into the leasing office.

How would you know if tenants are legal citizens or not, did you check there green cards? I suppose you yourself are also a health inspector and were able to confirm your allegations against the vendors? If you cut the racist bull out of this maintenance takes a while to get to you, I agree that sucks people have dogs, thats a bonus for me, you lost your keys and had no backup plan...that's pretty stupid. Thanks for a wordy racisit useless review.
