This has been my fiance's and my first apartment. And let's just say we're currently in the market for buying a house. That's how it's been.

My first week living there I befriended a maintenance man who as of now does not work there. He quit because he couldn't stand the workmanship and the way things were run.

We were not given a walk-through. They did not mention it and it took us a week to get our mail keys. Within two days the laminate on the cupboard doors began peeling and we noticed the linoleum on the floor was installed poorly. It took them months after several complaints to have our mold issue fixed and they made it seem very minimal and simply painted over the visible mold. They said they'd tear out the flooring after we left. -But wouldn't do anything now, and my fiance is currently having health problems because of it. Our apartment was opened without 24 hours notice and for someone who was not on the lease. Thankfully we were home.

We are not happy living here, I had sincerely hoped it would get better as it progressed but sadly our first and hopefully only rental agreement is being broken. Please do yourself and your family a favour, skip this place.
