We moved here more than a year ago and were surprised when we got to our apartment after we set everything up online. They actually looked decent for the price. We are still living here, but only due to our current financial state, if there was any other option we would have moved already.
1. The place is over-run by screaming, yelling, rude kids.
2. Car alarms go off way too often, and the people speed through the parking lot.
3. They are being sued due to their huge mold problem (I would not recommend a downstairs apartment due to the mold and break-in issues)
4. The trash cans are almost always overflowing, and their are several bums that come digging through them (shred or burn your information).
5. Too many owners don't pick up their dog poop, and many dogs are off their leashes.
6. If you have a maintenance issue expect it to take anywhere from a week to several months to be taken care of.
7. All the cupboards (not the remodeled apts) have some sort of peeling plastic crap on them that is extra ghetto and irritating.
8. The is no noise control. We have several neighbors that blast music and nothing is ever done about it.
9. The exercise room is nice and newly updated, but is treated as a daycare while the parents exercise.
10. Expect to not be able to move your large sofa into an upstairs apartment...we had to get rid of ours and have seen many people do the same since moving in.(management doesn't tell you that before you move in).
11. We have T-Mobile and our cells don't work inside the apt. unless you are right at the window or out on the deck (obviously many others have same problem as many people have to stand outside on their decks to use their cell phones, but maybe it depends on the provider')
12. Their "beautiful water features" suck! only a couple are actually functioning (the one at the office being one, big surprise there). The one by our apartment area is disgusting! Full of trash and filthy mosquito filled water, and has not ran since we moved in here. There were some frogs in the part that never ever drains for a while, but either the polluted water or the kids killed them.
Just something to think about before you consider moving in....
