I have lived here for about 6 months and I am somewhat glad that I only got a 6-month lease. I came to this website to find different apartment since I'm moving out very soon.
My experience here for 6 months (one bedroom/ 610 sq ft) was not so great but it could be a lot worse.
The complex was built in 1984 (as far as I know) so of course appliances are old and cabinets look very worn-out. If you pay more for upgraded ones, I believe you get better appliances. My biggest complaint is about the noise. I live on the bottom floor and I can hear everything (every step they make) from the upstairs. I don't think it's the neighbors problem, but it's more of the age of the apartment and poor construction.
I have placed an work order at least 3 times during my stay here, and they always came and fix promptly. They have a new maintainance team and they are skillful and friendly. I have no problem with the maintainance team.
I like the air outside also. It is very nature-friendly. The park next to the apartment is also a plus. My husband went there for running every morning in the summer.
The stackable washer/dryer is NOT so good. The hot air from the dryer gets trapped in the bathroom and cause mold.
This is the cheapest I could find around this area ($625/month), but I guess I get what I pay for.
I liked the storage spaces throughout the house (unfortunately not in patio), but I'd rather have a storage at the patio.

I couldn't agree more, Arbor Creek is a terrible apartment complex that will make your life miserable. They clean the place up when they bring prospects through, the rest of the time the place is completely trashed!
