Lived here for a year. A long terrible year. Amenities are always broken and take forever to fix. Maintenance issues never fixed properly. Tons of crime in and around these apartments. Had to drive around Fire trucks, Ambulances, and Police Cars on a daily basis just to get to my parking spot. Was a news story about a month ago about how somebody was stabbed out front. Please, take some extra time looking, spend a little more money, and keep yourself and your family safe by not living here. Also they will take you for every last dollar they can and then some when you move. Front office lies about what they require upon moveout. Billing office is located in Washington and they will make your life miserable until they've squeezed every last penny out of you regardless of what the onsight management tells you on moveout. Submit your 30 day notice in writing and supervise when they are cleaning your place or else they will make you pay big time!!
