My family and I have lived here for about a year and half. Being new to Oregon we thought these apartments were great and rent was reasonable. In fact up until about 8 months ago things were o.k. Now we wish we had never heard of this place. Remember the contests were people would squeeze into a phone booth' Yeah you get the picture. If an air matress would fit on the landing between units someone would sleep there too. Landscaping is a joke. Half the grass in our courtyard is dead, trampled by the 30 unsupervised kids that run on it from dawn to dusk. We have a beautiful fountain that runs like a water main break and sucks air constantly. In fact we now have a sewage dump in the courtyard due to the garbage and lack of moving water from the fountain. Our porch is ready to colapse and should be getting repaired within the next 10 years. I have a dog and when I pick up his poo I usually pick up someone elses crap on my shoe and bring some back for the family to see. Security, don't worry. We have police here about every night busting the drug dealers and wife beaters and making Woodcreek a safer place to live. We have a great ool, oops I forgot the P in pool. Don't worry its in there--along with other things that a tetnus shot should hopefully take care of. The pool area is also the make out area for all the respectable teens.
If you are looking for a place to live, LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. Rent is cheap but I always say: You pay peanuts, you get monkeys.
