I moved into Woodcreek in February of 2000. It was a great complex when I moved in. The staff was very responsive, the grounds were very nice, and I had great neighbors. I dont know exactly when it happened, but one day I noticed that the complex had completely gone to hell. The grass was dead, the fountains were nasty... and the PEOPLE.. ugh. I was paying $599/month for a 1 bdrm apt without a washer and dryer. I had to take my laundry to the laundry area. After they closed the laundry facility closest to my apartment, because every apartment in that area had a washer and dryer, (I guess I wasnt part of everybody), I had to walk my laundry all the way to the other side of the complex. One time someone stole all my underwear out of the washer.. another time I went in there, and someone.. or something had peed all over the floor.. then they decided to start locking the laundry facility, of course.. they didnt tell anyone, so I had to find out the hard way.

But I think the best part of my living there was when my neighbors got into a fight, and one of them started thrashing the other one against my door, and I heard "I'm going to get my gun". Yeah, classy place.

THEN they made us start paying for garbage serivce. I was single, and lived by myself, and I had to pay the same amount as one of the many apartments with a hispanic family of 7.


Overall, not even worth looking at. If the management would get their act together, and clean it up a little bit.. it would be a great place to live..
