When we moved into this apartment (Formally called Bay Ridge) It was a great place to live. The manager Teresa took her job very seriously. Unfortunately Teresa left about 2 years after we arrived. Since then the place took a nose dive! Management changed atleast once a year and each and EVERY manager was horrible not to mention rude.

The things I have witnessed at this place you would not believe! I've been awakened at 2am for a neighbor screaming when she found her boyfriend who commited sucide hanging from the balcony. The 2am screams for help from wives being beaten by their husbands. Overdose victims found dead in their apartments. An THAT is not the worst of it!

On time someone broke into the managers office and stole all the apartment keys, files and rent checks. Were we notified' Absolutely not! Only a select few had their door locks changed. The rest of us had to find out through the grapevine that someone out there was runnings around with a key to our apartment and personal information. It was after that I finally made arrangements for moving.

The word was out in the community that all this was going on. THAT is no doubt the reason for the name change from Bay Ridge to Birch Pointe. I left last year ... Nothing has changed! The layout of the apartment is very nice. That's about all the positive I can say about this place. If you have kids ... Don't live here! If you are a woman ... Pack a gun!
