When reading the other reviews please not the ones that seem to be confusing "Birch Creek" with "Birch Pointe". The apartment complexes are not the same! This is Birch Creek off of Walker. Birch Pointe is off of Cornell.
Anyway...
This was one of the few decent apartments that was allowing a "large" dog, if you call 35-40 lbs. large. They even had an off leash area setup.
Management changed while I was there, but I was generally happy with both management teams.
There was some noise from the Plaid Pantry across the street, but I am a night owl and it did not bother me.
It is close enough to hwy 26 for easy access, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with freeway noise.
The apartment that I was in was fairly well cared for and I received all of my deposit back.
Both management teams (Chelsea and then Gloria) were friendly and I had no issues with them.
The rental price below was on a 6 month lease. I believe the rents/leases have gone up a little bit now.
The deposit was for a pet deposit and I estimated it because I can't remember for sure.
