I currently live at Birch Creek and It's alright. considering you live in an apartment complex not a condo. expect some noise, there are kids. Also there are several places to go for kids to play. right across the street is a park and there are 2 baseball fields and a soccer field right behind the complex. Managers are decent and nice. My only complaint is the smoking. I do not smoke and I stated this to the manager, she still put me right above a smoking family and next to two other smokers. I wish I could have been put Below the smoking Family so the smoke wouldn't drift into my apartment.
