They seem nie at first, until your hand breaks through the wall, the cupboard door falls off when you close it and random stuff just keeps breaking. We just had the office broken into, mot likely by of the trashy employee womans brood of children, during which all the rent checks were stolen. Things break ALL The TIME and it takes a while to get things fixed. The ops are here constantly, and they aren't too casreful about other people's cars. Neighbors let their dogs run about without leashes on, at all ours and without leashes and let them poop everywhere, and then start screaming for them to come back at 12 at night. Lots of people screaming at each other, these people will call the police if anyone else makes a peep. Ants are kind of a problem, also the rent just went up and it just isn't worth it

I suppose there could be worse places to live, but as I said, it isn't worth the money. There is the ability to have a washer and dryer in your apartment for 15 bucks a month, which isn't bad....

hmm.. maybe you just dont treat your stuff right? My brother is a Cop and they don't come all the time because of crime, they drive thru because they use the office bathroom.

What ever. Stop rationalizing how bad these places really are. Everything does break apart. And the police are always out here because of dope head tenants and people breaking in our apartments. I have also noticed that the leasing agents that live here have apartments with all updated appliances while everyone else has to live with ghetto stuff. Just like your beautiful prop apartments. WHAT A JOKE!!! I see tenants that should have been kicked out along time ago. Like the three apartments behind the leasing office. Or the people that live by me should have been kicked out the first time the police where called on them for drug traffic and there kids climbing on the roof and fighting and everything else. I am also sick of seeing everyones dog ---- all over the place especially on my front patio. What about the ghetto kids that are not supervised and tear up the place cause there parents are to busy getting high. I wont even let one of the maintenance guys come in my home cause he looks like a crack head.
