This apartment complex seemed great at first - they responded to maintenance issues efficiently, the management staff seemed friendly...But that all changes the minute you move in and are locked into your lease. I have had multiple maintenance issues, requiring multiple work orders, phone calls, and waiting MONTHS to have them fixed - one even involved a major construction job (too bad they didn't take care of it when it was originally mentioned at move in). No one returns your phone call, and management is rarely in the office to even speak to. Garbage is DISGUSTING and constantly overflowing, maintenance is laughable, and management should all be fired because they clearly cannot keep up with this failing residency - someone older than 25 please, when replaced. No matter how great a deal they cut you for rent, nothing can give you back the sanity you lose from struggling to enjoy coming "home" to this rat's nest.
