Birch Point Apartments formerly Bayridge

It was a "NO" before I even saw the apartment

I have been apartment hunting for quite awhile. Birch Pointe seemed like a good choice because of it's convenient location on Cornell. I even overlooked some things such as it's bad reviews and the fact that according to Beaverton Police, a dead body was found their earlier this year (though I do not know the cause).
As soon as I walked into the office, the leasing agent was a total -------, and I do not use the term lightly. After acting like it was an inconvenience to show me an apartment, he was impatient while I looked around. This was the model mind you, and just from that I could tell I wouldn't want to live here. You would think that the model would be the best kept apartment on the property, and if it was, I can't even imagine what the others look like. There was mold around every door and window frame, gaps between the doors and frames allowing free air flow in and out, wobbly stair cases, etc.
I can't believe I wasted my time. I also noticed that this particular property management company owns many buildings in the area, none of which I will be visiting or leasing.
Thanks for nothing.
