Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
I lived in birch Point for almost 3 years..always payed my rent before the due date..and now I am fighting for my security deposit..there are other issues with this Managment company that I will not name..(Prometheus Real Estate group, Inc) and they also own many properties in Oregon...STAY AWAY!
