Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
The staff is friendly and personable, the grounds are usually well kept, except there seems to be some holdup on getting the mold pressure washed off the north side of all the buildings, so it is unsightly if you happen to live on that side! I have had a couple of noisy neighbors over the last 6 years, but they have all moved out, so my neighbors now are pretty quiet.
