Incase you can't tell the only good thing written was by the office staff. I understand why they do this but they are not being honest. They have been short handed in the office - lost track how many times. It is always nice to see one person running around the office not knowing what they're doing. There is a major mold problem here. Yes, living in Oregon you are going to have to take precautions but this is unreal. Every year - lucky this will be my last you have to do this annual paperwork. I can't tell you how many times at the begining of the year I had to come in and re-do this paperwork. I was told that the people who check the files are short handed and kept changing their mind from one day to the next on how the paperwork should be. Great! And how is this my fault. It is not worth it. Talking to two of my neighbors who have had problems with the office - one regarding a work order - they hate calling the office because you don't get a straight answer and there is one guy in there who loves to hear himself talk.
