I moved in over the summer of 2006 and haven't really had many problems. I was surprized when I saw the other reveiws. It sounds like the negative ones were from someone who is not a happy person. Or isn't very understanding. I think my building could use some tlc on the outside, but inside is good. The office said they have a paint job on the way, so i'll keep my fingers crossed.
The term, "you pay for what you get can be used i think". I pay a really nice price and have all the perks. w/d - fitness room -pool/hottub- nice office staff. It's not the hottest place to live in town, but who can really afford to live in the hottest place in town when its over $1000 for a 1 bedroom. And besides, the higher the price, the snoodier the staff right'!!
Briar Creek people are professinal but also seem to be "real" people too.
The tax credit program is great for me and my family since we are just starting out.
